We do not deliver to Military Bases and cannot deliver to Intensive Care at any hospital.
Our Delivery Policy: We do not leave items outside, on the porch without prior permission by you, or the recipient. Colorado weather plays a big part in "not so healthy flowers" left outside. If we are delivering in the neighborhood, Gentry's also asks neighbors to take the arrangement if we cannot contact them by phone. We will tag the door with information on the location of the arrangement AND leave a voice message also. Gentry's usually calls the recipient to let them know that we are coming and ask when a convenient time to deliver would be. We do not disclose what it is or who it's from so that we don't ruin the surprise. We call first because it saves on fuel, many attempts to the same address without calling can result in multiple delivery charges. We do not send anonymously. Because of stalking laws, we are required to tell the recipient who the flowers are from if asked. Always have the correct address with zip code AND telephone numbers! Does the recipient work during the day? Perhaps delivering to their work address will expedite a timely delivery. Deliveries to Monument, Black Forest, Glen Eagle, Fountain and anywhere along Ute pass need to be placed the day before if possible.
